Our Services include lease renewals, relocation, purchase, or build to suit anywhere in the world. “Value Added Services” assists clients with every phase of the process. Introducing the client personally to each person in the process they don’t have a relationship with and coordinate those relationships as point person. The quarterback of the process to ensure the project is on time and on budget. – i.e. attorneys, accountants, contractors, movers, telephones, etc. – to make the process easier for you.

Yes, as the past co-chair of the SIOR Tenant Rep Committee, we personally know and have over 3000 brokers around the world  in over 300 cities at our disposal to assist you. Over 180 brokers are Tenant Representative experts.

How is The Schenk Company, Inc. compensated for services?

That is as brokers we are compensated from the landlord or listing agent. If a tenant or buyer doesn’t have a broker represent their specific interest the listing agent keeps the entire fee even though they are representing seller or landlord. So typically our fees are paid by the listing agent not our client. A huge benefit to you.

If you choose you can pay us a monthly consulting fee and our commissions are then refunded back at closing of the lease or sale depending on the time commitment and complexity of the requirement and how sure the company is that this lease, purchase or renewal is going forward.

For 30 years The Schenk Company, Inc. has “paid forward” and contributed to our community by being a mentor and volunteer. The Schenk Company gives back to our community and is active with area charities including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Evans Scholars Foundation, The Jeff Schenk Memorial Fund at Children’s Hospital, First Team Basketball Camps, Junior Achievement, and Fore Hope. The Schenk Company was recently appointed a member of the board to CURE, see www.cureccc.org. A percentage of each fee earned is ear marked for charity.
