Gregory P. Schenk is the president and founder of The Schenk Company, Inc., Central Ohio’s only exclusive tenant/buyer representative brokerage and consultation firm. Greg is an award winning advisor and consultant, as well as tenant rep broker has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry ranging from advising companies and individuals, representing tenants and buyers in relocations, as well as assisting clients in negotiating commercial space. Greg also assists investors in acquirng investment property nationally and is a partner in numerous investment ventures across the country.

Greg is dedicated to increasing education about the commercial real estate industry and how all professionals can prosper in it. He teaches Tenant Advisory seminars and Webinars to a variety of professional associations, as well as to attorneys, bankers, accountants and other professionals. Greg’s expertise lies within the realm of site selection and “win win” negotiation strategies.

Greg has studied and trained in all aspects of consultation, contract negotiation, commercial real estate leasing, development, investment property acquisition, and site selection criteria. In February he was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate Magazine Hall of Fame! He is a Certified Negotiation Expert ( CNE) and has completed the entire  SIOR and CCIM curriculum pertaining to investment analysis and acquisition.

Greg is a past contributor to the advisory council for the Center for Real Estate at The Ohio State University, the past Co-Chairman of the SIOR tenant advisory services group, and attends numerous national conventions around the world. He has presented to numerous organizations such as the NAR, BOMA, Lawline.com,  Lee and Associates, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Costar, Oncor, CREW and many other national conventions. He was also one of the featured speakers for the 2014 NAR Realtor® Commercial Alliance Signature Series that teaches and trains agents nationally.

Greg was an Evans Scholar at The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing.  A Dale Carnegie graduate who has self studied every great inovator, entreprenuer and success business. He is very creative with solutions for his clients’ problems, and provides smart, strategic, short and long range planning in order to assist his clients in achieving their goals and improving their bottom line.

Greg has 27 years of experience in the real estate industry ranging from representing tenants and buyers in relocations as well as assisting clients in negotiating commercial space. Greg has been teaching for 16 years and teaches seminars nationally to professionals who want to learn about the market as well as to brokerage firms who want to learn the process of representation and corporate services. His expertise is in the area of site selection and “win win” negotiation strategies.

Greg has studied and trained in all aspects of consultation, contract negotiation, commercial real estate leasing, development, investment property acquisition, and site selection criteria. He has achieved the highly sought after SIOR designation as one of the leading brokers in the country, and has completed the entire CCIM curriculum pertaining to investment analysis and acquisition. He recently attained the CNE, Certified Negotiation Expert designation to further enhance assisting his clients.

Greg is on the advisory council for the Center for Real Estate at The Ohio State University, the past Co-Chairman of the SIOR tenant advisory services group, and attends the SIOR and other tenant representation conferences worldwide. Greg has won many awards including the 2006 Micro Entrepreneur of the Year award for Real Estate, CB Commercial’s prestigious Presentation Excellence award, and the Business First “Forty Under 40.” He was named one of the Top Fifty brokers in the Midwest for 2002 and 2003 by Midwest Real Estate News, and one of the Top Power Brokers in the country in 2004 by Costar Group. Fastrac Magazine has also highlighted him twice in the last four years as an entrepreneur on the move!
