Your A to Z approach gave our reps perspective on how to get started, build, and prosper in this business.
Absolutely loved your webinar. It has supported my thoughts on customer service and strengthened my beliefs in always upholding the fundamentals of relationship enrichment.
Thank you for a thorough and insightful Tenant Representation webinar today, Greg. Your decades of tenant rep experience, well-organized content, and comfortable pace are a terrific combination, and I was particularly struck by your sincere sense of service and emphasis on delivering value to your clients.
Thanks Greg! Your continuing education classes are the best I have participated in throughout the country.
I must say I enjoyed your presentation and talk very much, and you are one of the better, if not best CLE speaker I have seen.
I learned more from you in one hour than I have in the last five months in commercial real estate.
He really was EXCELLENT at our Convention!!! I think we should also get him to do a course for us in place of a meeting in the spring as part of our commercial education offerings and open it up to VAR members.
In my capacity as new president of the Denver Board of Commercial Realtors, Greg’s ideas for business development were phenomenal. I have already started to implement a few of his ideas in my marketing plan. I think our KW agents would get a lot out of his class, both new agents and more seasoned agents like myself.
The best hour and fifteen minutes of the Denver conference was your session on Tenant Representation. You are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about the subject, and a natural teacher.
Excellent Overview! That was terrific Greg, you can tell you have been around the dance a few times.
You are an excellent instructor, and this class was informative and useful.
Greg is a very caring professional who bases his business on professional expertise and building relationships over the long term.

In my decade of real estate brokerage, hands down it was the best continuing education class I have ever taken!
In fact, your course is unique and not available anywhere and you are the only one really doing tenant rep in the country.

If you or your firm is looking for a speaker that lives, eats, and breathes commercial real estate and can communicate it in an easy to understand and down-to-earth manner, then I would recommend having Greg speak for your next webinar, meeting, or association convention.

Your level of success both as an instructor and a practitioner guarantee your credibility in the market place.
I just wanted to say thank you again for coming to the Lee office. I feel very fortunate to have learned from you today. I appreciated hearing your philosophy on life and business. As we both know, this is a very tough business to get started in. The lessons, stories, and information you equipped me with certainly gave me motivation to work even harder. The advice you offered about creating a balance in your life, developing an attitude of gratitude, mastering the market & process, labeling oneself as a trusted advisor, creating relationships with specific professionals, and most importantly letting your passions guide your career, all had a strong impact on me. I am sure we will cross paths again in the future whether it be at another Lee training or USD event.
Our agents are already implementing some new strategies and one picked up an executed tenant rep agreement this week for about 8,000 SQ FT.
Great job on your wonderful presentation. Kind of makes me want to be a Tenant Rep!”

I attended both sessions you did for Triple Play in Atlantic City, and they were both excellent. The handouts really helped!
I want to thank you again for your presentation to our office. Not only did we all learn ways to improve our service levels in this area, but it has generated a lot of conversation, and renewed planning internally. With an office of experienced brokers it can be difficult to tailor material to fit, however, you did a great job for us.
I truly enjoyed your presentation today! It was very insightful and will add value to my practice as a new commercial consultant.
Your A to Z approach gave our reps perspective on how to get started, build, and prosper in this business.
Your seminar was presented from a real world transactional perspective by a successful real estate professional. The materials took me from the beginning to end of the representation process, providing me with all the necessary presentation and transactional forms that will save me valuable time and effort.
I first heard Greg speak at the 2012 Entrepreneurs conference last October. The break out session he led was inspiring. His tips helped us finish out the 4th quarter strong. The momentum has our business booming into 2013. I especially found his book list to be helpful. When I found out that he would be teaching a seminar on Jan 18th I knew that I had to be there. I also brought my business partner. The next time he speaks we are bringing some of our senior leadership. Greg is riveting and relevant. Two nuggets from this seminar were “seek first to understand; then be understood” &”if you try and Earn before you Learn you Burn.” This was the perfect way to kick off the New Year.
